Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of Gluconate acid and it is produced by the processing of the chemical breakdown of glucose. It is a white granular crystalline solid that is highly soluble in water. It is non-communicable, non-toxic, biodegradable, and renewable. Anti-oxidation and reduction even at high temperatures. The major distinctive attribution of sodium Gluconate is its excellent chelating power, especially in concentrated alkaline solutions and concentrated alkalis. It is stable for calcium, iron, copper, aluminum and other heavy metals. It is a chelating agent superior to EDTA, NTA, and phosphonates.
Sodium Gluconate is a wide space used in the textile industry like dyeing, printing, and mineral surface water treatment. It is also used as a chelating agent, steel surface cleaning agent, cleaning agent for glass bottles, and as a chelating agent for the cement, plating, and alumina dyeing industries. Sodium Gluconate is often produced by the aerobic fermentation of sugar, which can be derived from corn or beets to produce acidic glucose. Inflammatory products are neutral in the form of Gluconate acid, sodium glucocorticoids.
It is an outstanding component part for neutralizing metal ions especially iron and copper in a cosmetic product. This product is backed up to prevent gradually growing faint of the formula over time or the rancidity of cosmetic oils. It can also be a pH regulator and moisturizer (helps skin adhere to water). Sodium Gluconate is a “chelating agent” which has many other uses, – its use in soap to combine it with the metal ions in water and extract them from solution. Particularly useful if the water contains a lot of dissolved iron or calcium.
It is a white to brown, granular to fine crystalline powder, which is easily soluble in water. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and can resist oxidation and reduction even at high temperatures. It is easily biodegradable (about 98% after 2 days). There are three packaging options: 25 kg bags, 800 kg bags, and 1 large MT bag.
Sodium Gluconate is under construction. It is a very effective fixative and a good plastic/water extender for concrete, mortar, and plaster.
It also has the property of preventing the bitter taste of food.
